Binagoongang Baboy


Ingredients:
pork
bagoong alamang
garlic
onion
tomatoes

sugar
vinegar
fried eggplant
sili fingers

Directions:

Sauté garlic, onion and tomatoes.

Add pork and stir fry until brown.

Add bagoong, vinegar and sugar.

Pour in water and bring to boil until tender.
