Pinoy Adobong Pusit (Squid Adobo)
Pinoy Adobong Pusit (Squid Adobo)

1 1/2 lb squid (pusit), washed and long thin membrane removed
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup vinegar
small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic. minced
black pepper
cooking oil

How to cook adobong pusit:

1. In a saucepan, heat the oil. Saute onion and garlic until fragrant.
2. Add the squid.
3. Then add the soy sauce and vinegar.
4. Season with black pepper.
5. Simmer for few minutes.
6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
