Barbecued Spareribs | Yummy Filipino Recipe's

1/2 kilo spareribs
1 1/2 cups tomato or banana catsup
1 teaspoon crushed ginger
2 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon peppercorn, ground
2 tablespoon sugar
salt and chili sauce

Combine all the ingredients then marinate overnight in a covered container in the refrigerator. This can be cooked in either of the following ways: by baking in preheated 400°F oven, by cooking in the microwave oven for 24 minutes at high or by grilling over hot coals. Baste the spareribs with the marinade once in a while.
