Lechon Kawali
Ingredients:
300 gms. pork liempo
6 cups cooking oil
¼ cup lechon sauce
Directions:
Heat oil to 300ºF.
Deep fry the pork liempo until it turns golden brown and the skin becomes crispy.
Slice and serve with lechon sauce.
