Tengaling


Ingredients:
200 gms. pork ears, cleaned
6 cups cooking oil
guyada sauce

siling labuyo (optional)
tomato slices, for garnish (optional)

Directions:

Slice pork ears into small pieces; set aside.

Heat oil t 300ºF.

Deep fry until golden brown and crispy.

Garnish with siling labuyo and tomato slices.

Serve with guyada sauce.
